Eng. Emile Ghoury
Eng. Emile Ghoury joined Arab Technical Group in 1989 as a Sales Engineer. Since then, he has climbed up several leadership positions within the company; from Sales & Marketing Manager, to Assistant General Manager, to General Manager and was finally named ATG’s Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
Eng. Ghoury holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan, and is ranked as a Consultant Engineer (JCE) in Technical Sales and a Consultant Engineer (JCE) in Civil Engineering. He has completed a number of executive development and management programs, including a Strategic IQ course from Harvard Business School (HBS)-USA.
Eng. Ghoury is also a member of the Jordan Engineers Association, the Higher Council for Professional Qualification and Accreditation, the Engineering Ethics High Charter Committee, the Orthodox Educational Society, and the Arab Cultural Association. He is also the President of Mawtini for Civil Society, and a member of the Jerusalem Forum. He has also represented ATG in many global exhibitions and conferences in the Arab Region, Germany, the United States and China.

Eng. Ghassan Ramin
Eng. Ghassan Ramini joined Arab Technical Group in 1993 as a Sales Engineer with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria. He was promoted to become Sales Manager, then Acting Sales Manager then named ATG’s Deputy General Manager (COO) in 2019.
Eng. Ramini has completed various technical trainings centered on Uponor Wirsbo pipes for heating and sanitary systems in Germany and Sweden, heating systems of Chappee boilers in France, Daikin VRV Systems in Japan and many more.
Eng. Ramini received the international RPA award (First Place) in the United States and participated in key strategic Daikin summits and conferences in Japan and Europe. He has also represented ATG in many global exhibitions and conferences in the Arab Region, Germany, the United States and China.
Eng. Rahi Al Asad
Holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from NYIT, among other specialized certificates.
After joining ATG in 1993, Eng. Rahi Al Asad rose through the ranks and participated in extensive courses and seminars centered on HVAC, Daikin VRV systems, Daikin Applied Systems, Uponor Wirsbo UFH Systems, Controls, and more. Eng. Al Asad, is a former president of Jordan ASHRAE chapter and holds the degree of Consultant Engineer from the Jordan Engineers Association. He also was a board member of the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC), a board member of the Renewable Energy Establishments Society (REES), a member of the Green Building Committee at the Jordan Engineers Association, a member of the Jordan Ventilation and Air Conditioning Code Guide review committee and a member of the National Cooling Action Plan committee.
Eng. Saleem Abu Khader
Eng. Saleem Abu Khader joined ATG as a Sales Engineer in 2003 after graduating from Philadelphia University, Jordan, with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He progressively became Sales Manager in 2010, and became the Director of Technical and Service in 2023.
Eng. Abu Khader is a certified professional engineer with extensive knowledge in HVAC Systems Design, Applied Systems, Heating Systems, Renewable Energy Systems and more. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC) from the years 2020-2022.
Eng. Abu Khader participated in numerous trainings, ranging from Uponor Wirsbo pipes for heating and sanitary systems in Germany and Sweden, to Daikin VRV applied systems in Belgium, Italy, UK, Czechia and many more.
Eng. Mohannad Al-Sharqawi
Eng. Mohannad Al-Sharqawi joined ATG’s Technical Heating Department in 2006 as a fresh graduate from the University of Jordan with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Over the years, he progressed to become the Technical Manager and later the Head of Commercial Sales at ATG’s Refrigeration Department and Split Units Department. In 2015, he became the Renewable Energy and Supply Department Manager until 2023, when he became the Director of Sales.
Aside from that, Eng. Al-Sharqawi is a board member in the Renewable Energy Establishments Society and is a valid member of the WESKILL Council. He participated in many conferences centered on Renewable Energy Systems worldwide.
Eng. Fedaa Al Wahsh
Eng. Fedaa Al Wahsh joined Arab Technical Group in 2008 as a Design Engineer. She holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering; Thermal and Hydraulic Machines from Al Balqa Applied University’s Technological Engineering College (2006).
Over the years, her substantial design experience in various systems such as HVAC, cooling, ventilation, dehumidification, ducts and more empowered her to become Manager of ATG’s Design and Quotation Department in 2017.
Eng. Nader Hassan
Eng. Nader Hassan joined ATG in 2005 as Manager of the Service Department after comprehensive experience in the maintenance field for several years.
Since then, Eng. Hassan has participated in a number of local and international trainings for R32 training, Daikin Chillers and Troubleshooting, Integral Inverter Chillers Maintenance and Operation, PoolPak Dehumidifiers, and much more to enhance his personal, leadership and technical proficiencies.
Eng. Hassan holds a B. Sc. in Technological Engineering from Al-Balqa’ Applied University.
Eng. Bashar Tuffaha
Eng. Bashar Tuffaha joined Arab Technical Group as a Senior Professional Mechanical Engineer in 2005 with extensive experience in the management, design, implementation, maintenance and commissioning of electro-mechanical works as well as upgrading existing infrastructure systems. In 2019, he was promoted to become Manager of ATG’s Technical Department.
Eng. Tuffaha is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all the activities of the technical departments (electrical, mechanical, utilities, and general maintenance) to ensure that these support services are provided efficiently and on time with proper installation.
